These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ruth Victoria Clinical Hypnotherapy's Website, located at https://ruthvictoria.co.uk.

The session will last approximately 50 minutes and will be held online in the comfort of your own home.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel within 24 hours, the full amount is payable . If you cancel within 48 hours, half the fee is payable . I will endeavour to reschedule appointments where possible .

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Sessions are payable at the time of booking / 24 hours before the appointment time. You can also pay via bank transfer before the session.

PRIVACY & CARE

The client will be treated with respect and care at all times. I am fully insured and in receipt of an enhanced DBS check. Disclosure of all information during therapy and consultations remains confidential. Any notes I take will be kept securely in line with GDPR guidelines. I have a professional obligation to report to relevant authorities any concerns if I believe the client may be intending to cause harm to themselves, me or others. I will make every effort to discuss this with the client where/if possible . A query on suitability or conflict of therapy with other treatment practitioners may have to be sought occasionally , with client permission. In order to offer you the best therapeutic space , I may discuss our work with my supervisor. You will not be named in the sessions and they are confidential. You may have my supervisors' details if you wish. If receiving medical treatment of any kind, it is recommended that a proper diagnosis is sought where relevant, to assist the therapist.
